We are not here to be mean spirited, spiteful people. And while yes, some times when we are feeling particularly testy, we may poke fun at people, the true spirit of Blundering Fools is to encourage folks to live passionately despite the blunders they may make along the way.

We started Blundering Fools because well, we are a couple of fools ourselves. We’re dream chasers, if you will. And we wanted to connect with other dream chasers–people who have taken risks, blundered along the way and wouldn’t have it any other way.

In chasing our dreams we’ve blundered quite a bit. We’ve had some good times and well, not so good times. But we took risks. Lots of them. And we will continue to do so because we feel that if you are not taking risks, then you are not living! So many people sit around wishing they could start a business, write a book, join the Peace Corps, travel the world but instead of doing these things, they continue to sit around daydreaming and wishing they could win the lottery. Snap out of it. Life is what you make it. Despite the obstacles you may encounter or blunders you may make, get out there and start living, really living. As Tim Robbins says in the movie, The Shawshank Redemption, “Get busy living or get busy dying.”
